Trail consists of rock, sand and considerable slickrock with many steps exceeding 24″. Steep inclines and declines are prevalent. Enhanced off road equipment is required including locking devices (front & rear), tall tires, maximum vehicle ground clearance, and tow hooks. A winch is desirable. Excellent driving skills are required. Vehicle mechanical or body damage is likely. Roll over possibilities exist.
Description
This is trail is the most popular and will have a limit on group size. Trail has a lot of slick rock and some nice challenges up the Fault Line Trail. The West Rim Trail has many obstacles but ends with many great obstacles at the Rock Garden. Bypasses are available for most of the difficult obstacles. We will add additional trails depending on weather conditions and time. Adjacent trails include West Rim and the Rock Garden.
